I am writing this email to commend one of your stellar employees for the work she has been doing over the past few months to help me find a home for purchase. This is the first time I have been in the market and, while I expected this to be a somewhat stressful situation, Lauren has done an amazing job to help make this process go smoothly. I have yet to find a home, but am still looking, hoping to find the right one for me. Lauren has been an incredible asset in helping me understand the market, my position, my choices, and what kinds of things I should be looking for when reviewing a property. She is also incredible attentive, detail oriented, and very responsive (she is very communicative and gets back to me very quickly with answers to my questions).
