Lauren’s journey in real estate began in 2001, rooted in her upbringing in Northern Virginia, where her family has deep ties to Arlington, Alexandria, and Washington, DC. Recognized as “Best of Arlington” for her outstanding work as a real estate agent, she’s also been the featured Realtor in NOVA Real Producers Magazine. Her educational background includes attending Fairfax County Public Schools and graduating from Virginia Tech with a major in Marketing.

Before joining the Jennifer Young Team, Lauren excelled as a Senior Sales and Marketing Representative at NVR for over seven years. Her tenure there saw her consistently ranked among the top-producing Sales Representatives in the region, selling homes across Fairfax, Loudoun, Prince William, and Stafford Counties.

Since joining the JYH Team in 2010, Lauren has continued to shine, garnering praise for her exceptional sales performance and earning numerous five-star reviews on Google. With a focus on contract negotiations, she caters to a diverse clientele, ranging from first-time buyers to luxury listings, and represents builders and developers for new construction projects. Her expertise in negotiating new construction deals is bolstered by her marriage to a builder, giving her a keen eye for construction quality and materials.
