The lack of supply in inventory means that properties are going quickly, sometimes with price escalation, especially for turn-key homes and those with pools and backyard amenities. It’s also a great time for buyers who can take advantage of historical rates; 30-year fixed mortgages are at their lowest since tracking started in 1971 at 3.07%.
